SMS Terms: Prospecta Recruiting Alerts

These SMS Terms describe how Prospecta Sports Recruiting LLC ("Prospecta," "we," "us") sends recruiting alert text messages through the Prospecta Recruiting Alerts program. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program name

The text message program is called Prospecta Recruiting Alerts. Messages are sent from Prospecta's toll-free number after you verify your phone and turn on text alerts in your account settings.

What messages we send

When you opt in, we may send automated recruiting alerts you choose, including:

Coach replies and other high-confidence outreach moments
Coaching staff changes at schools on your target list
NCAA and other contact-window reminders
Offer and signing deadlines closing soon

Message content depends on your notification categories and recruiting activity. We do not send marketing texts unrelated to your Prospecta account.

Message frequency

You may receive up to 6 messages per day. Actual volume varies with your settings, alert categories, and how much recruiting activity occurs on your account. Many days you may receive fewer messages or none.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your text and data plan.

Opt-out, help, and re-subscribe

Reply STOP to cancel text alerts at any time. After STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and stop recurring messages.
Reply HELP for help or contact help@getprospecta.ai.
Reply START (or UNSTOP/YES, as supported) from the same phone number to re-subscribe after you have opted out via text. Carrier rules require re-consent from your phone; we cannot turn texts back on from the website alone after a STOP.
You can also turn categories off or remove your phone number under Settings → Notifications in your Prospecta account.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; we are not responsible for transmission failures outside our control.

Who can opt in

The account holder verifies their own mobile number and enables text alerts in account settings. For athletes under 18, a parent or legal guardian should create and control the account and enable SMS alerts on behalf of the family. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Prospecta subscription or service.
