SMS opt-in

Prospecta sends SMS only after explicit opt-in inside your account. There are no pre-checked boxes; SMS categories default to off until you turn them on after phone verification. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms.

How to opt in (3 steps)

1. 1. Open Settings → Notifications
   Sign in to your Prospecta account and go to Settings, then Notification preferences (or use Settings → Notifications in the app menu).
2. 2. Enter and verify your phone
   Under SMS notifications, enter your US mobile number and tap Send code. Enter the one-time verification code we text you to confirm you control that number.
3. 3. Turn on text alerts and choose categories
   After verification, enable SMS Immediate alerts and any category toggles you want (outreach, calendar, market, profile). Save preferences. Text alerts stay off until you turn them on: nothing is pre-checked.
